The Vapor Chef, Fluffy Cake:

My review of The Vapor Chef, Fluffy Cake:

Greetings fellow vapers!  Today I will be reviewing Fluffy Cake by The Vapor Chef, found at http://www.thevaporchef.com .

I placed an order for six assorted juices from The Vapor Chef, two of which I have already reviewed.  Included in this vape mail was a juice I was not expecting.  I received a free 6ml bottle of Fluffy Cake.  This juice is described as tasting like red velvet cake with cream cheese icing, yum!

First impressions:  This blend was made with 12mg nicotine, 70% VG, 30% PG and smelled of very sweet cream cheese icing.  I was very excited to get this in my Protank and give it a taste because I love red velvet cake.  The juice itself had a lightly creamy clear color rather than being red in any way, but man did it smell good.

The Taste:  On first taste I was impressed with the smooth draw and light taste of baked cake that came across my tongue.  On the exhale there was a sweet, rich, but not overpowering flavor of very accurately flavored cream cheese icing.  I will say the flavors were a bit lighter than what I had expected given my previous experiences with other flavors from The Vapor Chef.  That is not to say it was not good!  It tastes absolutely wonderful and I can only imagine it will get more complex and delicious with more time to steep.  This one is going on my shelf for a while and I will likely update this review once it has had time for the flavors to mature.

Vapor Production:  Vapor production from Fluffy Cake is right on par with what I would expect a good 70%VG mixture to have.  As soon as the juice was wicked in I was able to blow out some pretty massive blooms of vapor which was satisfying and for a high VG juice it had a pretty decent throat hit.  It honestly took me by surprise at first, but definitely isn't something that would choke anyone out.

Buy or Pass?:  If you love the flavor of cream cheese icing this is a perfect juice for you.  For myself, I'm not sure if I will purchase it in an order again because I do like a slightly stronger flavor.  My opinion is, of course, subject to change as I give it a good steeping.
