TVJS: Buddy Bacco

My review of The Vape Juice Shop, Buddy Bacco:

Greetings fellow vapers!  This will be my first review of a tobacco blend.  Today I'm going to take a look at Buddy Bacco, a new flavor now available at http://www.thevapejuiceshop.com/ .  Be sure to check out the site if you haven't because things have changed!  The prices are remarkably lower.

Buddy Bacco was sent to me to beta test about a week before it's public release.  I've tried other tobacco blends before and many truly fail to catch that analogue taste so I was curious to see what this blend had to offer.

First impressions:  I'd like to give a big shout out to Izzy at The Vape Juice Shop for providing me with this liquid to review free of charge.  This blend is 12mg of nicotine and currently all the juices offered by this vendor are a 50/50 PG,VG mixture.  Buddy Bacco has a rich brown color and smells like warm roasted tobacco leafs.

The Taste:  In my smoking days I almost always smoked menthol, but would on occasion indulge in a full flavor just to break things up.  Buddy Bacco starts with a sweet hint from the first draw and then develops into an almost nutty, rich, and bold tobacco experience.  This is probably the only blend I've had that really hit the spot for a cigarette.  Additionally the initial sweetness fades leaving you with nothing but a robust and flavorful tobacco vaping experience.  Since I was not typically a full flavored smoker when I did smoke I decided to take an extra step and have my parents try this blend.  Both of them have always been heavy smokers and I'm slowly working on converting them over to vaping.  They both had nearly identical reactions and were really satisfied by this juice.  Both commented that it was close enough to the flavor of a cigarette that they should have no issues replacing their smoking habit with vaping.  My father even went as far as asking how much it was and when he could get some for himself.  Maybe there is hope for them after all and that makes me feel good.

Vapor Production:  The clouds produced from Buddy Bacco are pretty normal for a 50/50 mixture.  The throat hit was great and helped to further the analogue-like experience.  One thing to note is that the vapor does leave a tobacco smell in the air, but nothing like a cigarette.  It kind of reminds me of the smell of a lightly sweet pipe tobacco, but dissipates much more quickly.

Buy or Pass?:  I will definitely be ordering this for my parents.  I may even order some for myself and have some menthol thrown in since The Vape Juice Shop offers that as an option on any flavor.  If you've been searching for a good analogue replacement I'd have to recommend you giving this a shot.  Buddy Bacco is truly an accomplishment that Izzy at the Vape Juice Shop should be proud of.  You can get a 12ml bottle for only $5.95 or 30ml for $13.95 now with the new pricing change (down from $8.00 and $20.00 respectively).  Also right now at The Vape Juice Shop you can get 15% off your entire order until the end of July by using the promo code: july15.
